1. How does your preorder system work?

We operate on a preorder model, which means items are not immediately in stock. When you place an order during a preorder window, we collect all orders, place a bulk order with our supplier, and ship to you as soon as the items arrive. This allows us to offer more variety and keep prices affordable!

2. When will I receive my order?

Shipping timelines vary by item, but most preorders ship out 8-12 weeks after the preorder closes. We always list the estimated shipping timeframe in the product description, and we’ll keep you updated via email every step of the way!

3. Can I cancel or change my preorder?

Because we order specifically based on your selection, preorders cannot be canceled or changed once the order is placed. Please double-check sizing, color, and quantities before checking out.

4. Will I get tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

5. What if I ordered in-stock and preorder items together?

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order will ship once all items are available. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of preorders and our small business model, all sales are final. If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

7. How do I know what size to order?

We include a general size chart under the Size Chart tab for you to reference. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help with sizing advice!

7. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, with flat-rate or free shipping options depending on order size. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

9. How do I know what size to order?
